Steering System

Steering System Test Equipment This equipment is designed to evaluate the performance and durability of Electric Power Steering (EPS) systems and gearboxes. The testing process includes mechanical assessments to detect play, wear, and damage of key components; functional tests to evaluate responsiveness and steering angle accuracy; driving tests to analyze straight-line stability, vibration, and noise; and environmental tests to assess performance under extreme conditions. S/GEAR Endurance Testing System

S/Gear Manual Input Durability Tester This testing system simulates real-world driving conditions by reproducing driver steering input and applying loads to both left and right steering axes. It performs various durability evaluations of the steering suspension system—such as mechanical endurance under thermal and humidity cycling conditions. These include critical test scenarios like parking operations, fatigue loading, and over-torque events.
