High-Capacity Mobile Platform
The demand for transporting compact yet heavy loads is steadily increasing in the heavy industry and plant sectors. In response, interest in mobile robots and Purpose-Built Vehicles(PBVs) is rising, leading to a growing need for compact, high-torque actuators optimized for these applications.
Our mobile robot is equipped with 4 independent corner modules, enabling a variety of driving modes including 4WS(four-wheel steering), crab, and diamond modes. These capabilities allow for the efficient transport of heavy loads even in confined spaces. All driving functionalities are powered by built-in motion control algorithms, ensuring precise and adaptive maneuverability.
To enable simultaneous movement and directional control for the efficient transport of heavy loads, we have developed high-power, hydraulically driven corner modules featuring smart actuator technology. This modular design supports multiple driving modes and allows for integrated drive and steering control. By combining mobile hydraulic power units(HPUs) with battery systems, we deliver customizable mobile robots that offer exceptional commercial viability. In addition, the platform is designed to accommodate robotic arms, enabling a broad range of operations across industries—from plant environments to offshore applications.
Our mobile robot incorporates advanced environmental protection design, enabling stable operation under extreme conditions such as high temperatures, heavy dust, vacuum, and radiation. This robust engineering allows for prolonged missions in hazardous environments, and supports the integration of various work tools—greatly enhancing its capability to transport large, high-load objects and perform diverse tasks, thereby maximizing commercial value.
